Growing up as a gamer I had one very special commodity; time. Once the homework was out of the way, or during holiday season, I had endless hours to pour into my number one pass time. It was during these formative gaming years that I stumbled across a genre of games that became one of my personal favourites; RPGs. And if there is one thing you need as an RPG gamer its time because these bad bo... more.

To say that The Last Of Us is a game that I had been eagerly anticipating would have been putting it mildly. A new I.P. coming from the team that has continuously set the standard for what is possible on PlayStation 3 both in terms of storytelling and graphical power? Yes please. Set in a world ravaged by infection and devoid of civilization? Sounds good to me! And telling a story that is dark... more.

So here it is, this July line up for PS 3 is as follows: Battlefield 3 Payday: ... more.

Something incredible happened today. Gamers all over the world woke up this morning and for the first time, this always divided demographic was united. There was unanimous agreement that X-Box sucks and Playstation rules and this ape was feeling even more cocky than usual because I've been saying that for ages and today I was proven right. Anyway, enough about me, my huge brain and my big s... more.

E3 has unleashed quite a few nice looking horror and zombie related games, which for the likes of me is a great thing as I cant get enough of the walking bags of puss. However, even if smelly dead people don't float you boat it is still worth your while checking out Telltales The Walking Dead game as it is really more about the people and their stories than it is about zombies. Those of us tha... more.

Both of the big kahunas have stepped into the ring and gotten out their meaty punching gloves, as you can view below in the press conference from Sony and Microsoft.  I would, as always, advise you to investigate the evidence and make your own conclusions, otherwise your just talking shite really. We here at GZ however never talks shite - we fling it and in doing our homework over E3 we have come... more.

The global community of gaming sadists whipped themselves into a frenzy last night as we all got a look at some more evil, brutal and down right cruel video gaming in the form of Dark Souls 2. The follow up 2011's Dark Souls, a game which final brought back a genuine old school challenge to the masses, promises us just as much pain, frustration and probably as many broken controllers. Below... more.

Check out below the first E3 trailer for 'Watch Dogs' - It is looking better and better all the time and I cant wait to see some more actual game-play footage over the next few days. Ubisoft just might have another hit on their hands with this GTA meets Minority report meets a couple of Tom Cruise movies styled game. Yes, I said Tom Cruise, but don't let it put you off... OK, the fun and frolics have started with the GT.TV reveal for Call of Duty: Ghosts. In the video below you will see the newest gimmick installment to the COD game-play... the Dog. I do quite like this idea, but I hardly think that it should be hyped up as some new and amazing addition... its a dog. Hopefully the game will have more surprises to reveal during E3 that are truly original. What m... more.

Every day we wait for a wide variety of items. From buses, trains, and coffee machines to super important stuff such as organ donations, sexy time and PS3 demo releases. Some things, such as sexy time vouchers, are worth waiting for, (especially for my Missus, if I do say so myself), but the reality is that waiting increases desire and expectations – although sometimes we end up being disappoi... more.

Oh yesh please! Another Zombie game from the chaps that brought us Dead Island (Techland), so hopefully they have tweaked all those crappy bits that had reappeared in Riptide. That said I thoroughly enjoyed them both and look forward to this Assassins Creed meets Mirrors edge sprinkled with zombies looking affair - Whats not to like?! It will be hitting XBox One and PS4 - no old gen - booo! ... more.

Here we go again - E3 has nearly landed and the proverbial sack shaving antics are about to start. I akin E3 to deforesting your man-hood because for some of us it is a thing that will become inevitable to take part in, it can be painful to endure but ultimately it is for the best, leaving you with a free and light feeling - despite the initial itchy remnants. For others it is actually nothing... more.
