It was somewhat of a disappointment when Activision dropped the True Crime: Hong Kong title, as they believed “it just wouldn’t be good enough,” but gamers took some comfort from the news last year that Square Enix had picked up the IP. Social Networking can be a bit of sticky wicket as anyone who has wandered onto Twitter or Facebook after a few refreshing beverages will know and it looks like Future Shop have dropped a bit of a gentlemen’s reproductive gland in a similar fashion.
The retailer tweeted (and quickly removed) an image showing a rather looking buff chap with some body art as well as a Square Enix logo, informing us that the game would be released this coming August on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. You can find the tweet below.
